概要：大阪市の貧しいクリスチャンホームの一人娘として生まれ、「大阪総評婦人対策・主婦の会オルグ」に就いた経緯。総評と「国民運動センター」的役割、労働組合運動のすそ野を広げた「総評主婦の会」、総評とオルグ制度、大阪総評と「中央」との関係、大阪総評と市民運動との連携まで、女性の視点からみた総評運動を語る。
