概要：「日本国憲法と天皇制：民主主義・平等・国民主権から考える」
概要：戦後、日本は天皇主権の国から国民主権の国へと主権の所在がかわった。しかし、天皇が象徴として残ることで、日本は世界では少数派の「君主国」であり続けるし、天皇制と密接に結びつく「君が代」「日の丸」「元号」などが残っている。憲法で表現の自由が保障されているのに、いまだに「菊タブー」もある。そこであらためて天皇制について考えたい。
