第1回 日本国憲法と改憲動向 - 憲法審査会を中心に

概要：2021 年 6 月、公選法並び に7 項目の改憲手続法（憲法改正国民投票法）が成立した。 メディアでは憲法審査会の状況がほとんど報じられてないが、国会議員の任期延長、緊急事態条項、そして自衛隊明記の憲法改正についても憲法審査会、特に衆議院では発議にむけての動きが着々と進んでいる。自民党改憲案について検討しながら、憲法改正にむけた動きについて共有したうえで、このような動向にどう向き合うべきなのかについて検討する。
