：在日コリアンと多文化な子どもたちの教育課題 ― 民族学級を知っていますか？

講師：郭辰雄（かく・ちぬん／コリアNGOセンター代表理事）

概要：
　日本の敗戦後、在日コリアンの子どもたちの民族教育は何よりも大切な課題として取り組まれてきました。その取り組みは民族学校だけではなく日本の公立学校でも子どもたち、保護者、教員などの粘り強い取り組みによって「民族学級」が行われてきました。そしていまでは日本の学校現場には在日コリアンのみならず、さまざまな外国ルーツの子どもたちが通い、日本語指導やキャリア支援など多くの課題がでてきています。本講座ではこれまでの「民族学級」の歴史やその取り組みを振り返りつつ、これからの多文化な子どもたちの教育課題について考えます。また学校だけでなく大阪コリアタウン、ウトロなどの地域の取り組みともつながった歴史教育、アイデンティティ教育の可能性も探ります。
