　　2023年は53年7月27日、朝鮮戦争休戦協定締結から70年目になる年である。ウクライナ―ロシア戦争の影響が東アジアへも軍事的な危機をもたらしている中、私たちは「朝鮮戦争停戦体制」をどう認識していくべきなのか。朝鮮戦争のあらゆる研究を総合的にまとめ、本質的な視点を与えている『朝鮮戦争全史』が韓国に翻訳出版されたことを受けて、改めて朝鮮戦争と停戦協定70年の意味を考えていく。朝鮮戦争全史に対する韓国側での翻訳の意味、関係者の反応を中心に、日韓市民による朝鮮戦争終結及び平和連帯の可能性も模索する。
