概要：朝鮮半島の危機がますます深刻になっている。軍事的緊張が激しい中、偶発的な武力衝突の危険も非常に高まった状況である。2023年、終わらなかった「韓国戦争」休戦協定70年を迎える今、戦争反対と平和実現を叫ぶ市民の声が切実である。近来の朝鮮半島の状況と2023年の平和行動活動計画を共有し、朝鮮半島の平和のための構想と意見を分かち合う場にしたい。
