概要：戦時中に捕虜監視委員等として動員され、戦後は軍事裁判でＢＣ級戦犯とされ、「日本人」として有罪判決を受け、刑に服したにも拘わらず、釈放後は「外国人（三国人）」として援護・補償対象からも排除された元ＢＣ級戦犯者・遺族の半世紀以上にわたるたたかいを振り返る。
