1995年釜山日報入社、2002～2003年米国ヒューストンライス大学研修、2016～2017年グァンフン報道財団外国研修対象者に選定され、米国ニューヨーク大学で文化イベントとマーケティング研修を行う。
概要：地域新聞社である釜山日報がどのようにジェンダーデスク制度を始めたのか。編集局の記者たちにジェンダーデスクに対する支持を求める過程、初期のジェンダーデスクの難しさと実際の運営過程、4年目を迎えたジェンダーデスク制度の普及と悩みを話す。
