2008年京郷新聞入社。社会部、政策社会部、経済部、産業部文化部、デジタルニュース部、ニューコンテンツチームなどに勤務。
概要：京郷新聞のジェンダー報道ガイドラインに基づくコンテンツ監修事例を紹介し、ジェンダーデスクの編集局内の役割の高度化方策を一緒に考える。2023年に報道した「27年最下位の男女賃金格差」企画、2024年に報道した5.18性暴力「私たちはお互いの証人」企画シリーズについて紹介し、ジェンダーコンテンツを作ることの意味を一緒に考える。
