◆第3回援護法、軍事化を阻止できない行政と教育

概要：沖縄への構造的暴力は、戦前、戦中、戦後、さらには復帰後も一貫している。沖縄戦で顕在化した暴力は、沖縄戦の開始以前から構造的に仕組み込まれ正統化されている暴力である。戦後の援護法は、強制的に戦場に投げ込まれた人々を戦闘参加者とし軍人軍属として扱い、沖縄への暴力を正統化し受容させる仕組みであった。したがって、沖縄戦を教材として取り上げるだけではなく、それをもたらした構造的暴力の解明に進まなければ、構造的暴力からの解放を目指す教育はできない。
