講師：木戸衛一（大阪大学招へい教授）
概要：第二次世界大戦でナチ・ドイツは、軍国主義日本に先立って1945年５月８日、連合国に無条件降伏しました。爾来80年、そして「統一」から35年。今日ドイツは国内的には極右勢力の増長に苦しみ、対外的にはロシアのウクライナ侵略戦争を機に軍事化が進められています。今年５月に誕生したメルツ政権は、ドイツが「欧州最強の軍隊」を持つことを目指しています。ナチズムの再来を許さないという「過去の克服」を進め、「民主主義」を高々と掲げるこの国の現状を多角的に検証します。
