概要：化学肥料や農薬の使用を前提とした農業の工業化がもたらしたものについて紹介し、これからの農業のあり方について考えます。5月の教育農場では、サツマイモ、サトイモ・ショウガなどの畑の準備と播種・定植、ジャガイモの土寄せなどについて紹介します。
