概要：地方行政家出身である李在明大統領の政権発足後、初の国政選挙となった6月3日の地方自治体首長選挙において、民意は何を選択したのだろうか。各地方の争点は何であったのだろうか。ソウル中心の韓国社会が抱える構造的問題を、地方自治ではなく「地方政府」を通じて解決しようとする李在明政権の発足1年を振り返り、主要政策の検討を通して政権の今後の行方を展望する。あわせて、地方選挙後の日韓関係および東アジア情勢についても分析を試みる。
