概要：現在、防衛装備移転三原則の運用指針では、完成品の輸出は救難、輸送、警戒、監視、掃海の五類型に該当するものに限るとされている。政府と与党はこの制限を撤廃しようとしている。そうすれば、日本の兵器はどんどん外国に売れるようになり、防衛産業はもうかるようになると思われるだろうが、現実はそう単純ではない。武器輸出に関する政策の変遷をたどりながら、武器輸出解禁の問題点を検討する。
