概要：防衛大臣の諮問機関である「防衛力の抜本的強化に関する有識者会議」は、
2025年9月、「次世代の動力」として、原子力潜水艦の保有を提唱した。自衛隊はなぜ原子力潜水艦を保有しようとするのか。原子力潜水艦の保有には、法的にも政治的にもさまざまな課題があるが、それはクリアできるのか。また、非核三原則の見直しも課題になっている。それにはどのような問題があるのか。アメリカによる拡大核抑止(核の傘)も含めて検討する。
