概要：2025年11月、高市早苗首相は国会で、「台湾有事は存立危機事態と成り得る」という趣旨の答弁をした。本当に台湾有事は存立危機事態に当たるのか、緻密に検討してみる。2023年12月、仙台高裁は安保法制違憲訴訟の判決で、存立危機事態は従来から存在する武力攻撃事態(日本が外国から武力攻撃を受けた時と武力攻撃が切迫している時)と変わらないという趣旨の見解を述べた。安保法制で集団的自衛権を行使できるようになったのか、あらためて検討する。
