◆第4回インドネシア民主化移行期：再燃する独立運動

概要： 1998年、スハルト大統領失脚後インドネシアは民主化の時代に入ります。パプアではこの時期、分離独立を求める声が再燃し、パプア全土で様々なアクションが展開されます。津留はこの時期パプアのNGOでボランティア活動をしており、パプア独立宣言を採択した「パプア大会議」、独立運動の指導者の殺害事件などを身近で体験しました。津留の回想を織り込みながら、民主化時代のインドネシアでパプアの人権問題を考えます。
