◆第3回開発と人権侵害：米国フリーポート鉱山開発

概要：1995年、当時日本のNGOで働いていた津留のもとに一通の手紙が届きます。パプア中部で米国フリーポート社の鉱山開発により強制移住をされたアムグメ族が窮状を訴える内容でした。これをきっかけにフリーポート鉱山のあるティミカに赴き、現地の人権侵害と環境破壊を目の当たりにします。その体験を語りながら、巨大資本、国家、先住民族、そして環境・人権NGOがフリーポート鉱山問題をどのように導いていったかを見ていきます。
