概要：敗戦とともに占領が開始され、非軍国化と民主化の「改革」が進行されますが、冷戦体制のもとでの「戦後」のはじまりであり、植民地責任をはじめとしていくつもの課題を積み残しての出発となりました。日本国憲法とともに、日米安全保障条約とが作り出す体制となりました。
