概要：沖縄戦では住民を含め15万人近い沖縄出身者が戦没したが〔平和の礎刻銘者数〕、軍人・軍属だけではなく住民犠牲者も「殉国者」として靖国神社に合祀されている。この合祀にいたる経緯、その狙いと“カラクリ”について明らかにする。
