概要：いま日本で流布されている「中国像」は果たして事実でしょうか？ 米国に侵略・制裁されたベネズエラ・キューバを支援し、米・イランの停戦に貢献したことが西側でも報道されましたが、日本における中国像は相変わらず「脅威・無法」の国のままです。中国が各国にどのような姿勢の外交を行ない、世界へのどのような構想を持ち、行動を行なっているか、その具体的全体像を紹介しながら、「中国脅威論」の相対化を試みたいと思います。
