概要：2008年3月、アンゲラ・メルケル首相（CDU）はイスラエル国会で、「イスラエルの安全保障はドイツの国是の一部」と述べました。事前のさしたる議論もなしに掲げられた「国是」の下、ドイツは2017年、国際ホロコースト記憶連盟（IHRA）の「反ユダヤ主義」作業定義を一面的に受容し、連邦議会の「反BDS（ボイコット、投資撤収、制裁）運動決議」（2019年５月）など、国内においてイスラエル批判への抑圧を強めました。
