◆第6回 座談会　入管問題と日本社会

講師：上村英明（市民外交センター共同代表）、田中宏（たなか・ひろし／一橋大学名誉教授）、内海愛子（うつみ・あいこ／恵泉女学園大学名誉教授）

2021年に廃案となった法案とほぼ同じ内容の入管法改正案が5月9日衆議院本会議で採決されました。現在参議院で審議されています。
　また今年は関東大震災から100年を迎えています。
　日本の中で多民族共生社会を作るためにはどうすればいいのでしょうか。差別の原因をたどれば底辺に植民地主義があるということは本コースでもNPAの他の講座でも語られてきました。
　日本社会は外国人に対してどのような態度をとっているでしょう。外国人をどう位置付けているのでしょうか？
