講師：田中宏（たなか・ひろし／一橋大学名誉教授）

概要：
　朝鮮学校は、戦後、旧植民地出身者である在日コリアンが設立した学校です。設立した当初から日本政府やGHQより「閉鎖命令」などの大弾圧を受けましたが、「阪神教育闘争」などで抗議運動が行われました。今現在も高校無償化や幼保無償化から排除されており裁判においても不当判決が続きます。在日外国人の人権問題に生涯をかけて取り組んでこられた田中宏さんは、朝鮮学校の支援運動にも長年関わって来られました。JR学割問題、大学受験資格問題、全国大会出場資格問題、枝川朝鮮学校裁判などを経て、朝鮮学校は今いったいどのような状況にあるのでしょう？それは日本社会でどのような存在なのでしょうか？これまで田中宏さんが朝鮮学校の差別状況を打開するために携わってこられた運動についてもお話しいただきます。外国人の教育への権利についてみなさんと一緒に考えます。
