石垣島の住民投票―国防で浮き出る境界線と消えゆく声　[コース18第6回]

概要：日本政府は、中国の海洋進出や台湾有事への抑止力として自衛隊の「南西シフト」を進めています。これまで駐屯地のなかった南西諸島にも駐屯地が造られ、私の住む石垣島にも今年３月に陸上自衛隊駐屯地が開設しました。その配備計画をめぐって揺れた島内の状況を、2018年から住民投票を求めてきた私たちの運動の経緯を通して見て頂きたいと思います。小さな南の島に、いまの日本の縮図を見ることができると思います。
