概要：相対的貧困率が３０％を超える沖縄では子どもの貧困率も同様に高く、それは、社会的に排除されている層、社会参加が不可能となっている層が３０％に上るということを意味している。沖縄の貧困の問題は、頑固な構造であり、社会的構造、経済構造であると同時に最も重要な政治行政の仕組み＝沖縄振興体制に仕組み込まれた構造がもたらしているものである。それこそ構造的暴力と言っても過言ではない。その解明を検討する。
