◆第2回 島田知事、１０万人を救った英雄？

概要：１０万人の命を救ったと美化される戦時行政。しかし、地域の戦場化と住民の軍人軍属化に最大限に貢献した県知事・県庁・市町村・学校の実行者たちは、戦場に未成年や高齢者まで根こそぎ動員し１０万以上に上る県民の犠牲の責任者ではないのか。援護法がすり替えた沖縄の戦時行政と教育現場の罪を問い直す。それが「過去の克服」していくことになる。自治体と学校教育における「過去の克服」が今国主導で進む地域の戦場化を阻止する。
