概要：敵地攻撃のための沖縄へのミサイル配備、それに協力する首長と自治体
ミサイル配備が進む沖縄では、自治体主導で住民の避難訓練も進んでいる。さらには、九州への１０万単位での避難計画を策定し、また、地下シェルターの建設計画も進んでいる。しかし、ほとんどの住民は入ることができない。沖縄戦において日本軍に命をつなげる食料と空間をはく奪された住民とどのような違いがあるのだろうか。
