◆李在明新政権の性格分析と2026年の韓国社会および東アジア情勢の展望


開催日：2026年1月11日（日）19:00-21:00

概要：尹錫悦大統領による2025年12月3日の戒厳令布告およびクーデター、そしてその後に続いた内乱的状況を経て、市民によるいわゆる「光の革命」によって大統領が弾劾され、大統領選挙を通じて誕生したのが李在明新政権である。発足から6か月を迎えたこの政権は、いかなる政策的特徴を持ち、どのような政治的性格を有しているのか。
「光の革命」から半年が経過した現在、韓国社会はどのような課題に直面しているのかを確認しつつ、2026年における韓国社会の展望と李在明政権の性格を分析する。また、これらの変化が朝鮮半島の南北関係や米中対立下の東アジア情勢にどのような影響を与えるのかについても分析を試みる。本講義では、韓国の政治変動を「革命的転換」として捉えつつ、国家制度、市民運動、地域秩序の三位一体的な視点から、2026年以降の東アジアの地政学的構造を展望する。
