◆第2回戦後台湾の民主化運動の歴史（その２） ― 第2の転換期（1987〜2000年）

概要：戦後台湾の民主化運動は、主に3つの歴史的転換期を中心に発展してきた。その特徴と運動の展開を時期ごとに分析する。
第1の転換期（1945〜1987年）は、国民党政権下の戒厳令体制と、それに対する初期の抵抗運動が特徴である。
第2の転換期（1987〜2000年）は、民主化への移行期であり、政党政治の形成と自由選挙制度の確立が進んだ。この時期には、1990年の「野百合学生運動」や1990年代後半の市民社会の台頭が重要な契機となった。
第3の転換期（2000年〜現在）は、成熟した民主主義に対する新たな挑戦の時代であり、経済格差や中国との関係、若者世代の政治意識、そして「ひまわり学生運動」などが重要なテーマとなっている。
1990年の野百合学生運動の主要リーダーであった陳信行（チン・シンシン）先生とともに、戦後台湾の民主化運動の歴史と課題を振り返り、現在の台湾社会運動の動向を共に考察する。
