【秋・特別企画】◆ 敗戦を跨いで

概要：敗戦を跨いでラジオはどう変わったのでしょうか。あるいは、変わらなかったのでしょうか。占領期の放送を二つの側面から検証します。一つはＧＨＱの指導・検閲下の放送について。もう一つは、日本政府、並びに日本放送協会（ＮＨＫ）の内部の動きについて。 敗戦を跨いでラジオは自由で民主的なものに変わったと片づけられがちですが、そんなに単純な話ではありません。放送の公共性とは何か、それはラジオが誕生してから今日まで、100年間、私たちの前に変わらずにある問いです。
